“Greetings from the higher dimensions. Those of you who are experiencing life from a spiritual perspective have noticed how your consciousness is expanding and how you are not the same person as you used to be. You will not like the same things as you did in the past, maybe you will not even remember certain experiences from your childhood and when you do you will notice that you are not attached to the emotions you have felt. You think differently, you act differently, you even smell, taste and see differently. This is all part of the ascension process and this is also part of your higher self coming more into your physical body. The clearings and the healings that you are going through right now are clearing up old trauma and old pain that no longer belong to you and is not aligned with the higher frequencies. It is as if the old you, the ancestral you, is being removed from your cells and from your DNA. You are becoming more of the true you, you are embodying the higher self more and more. This is happening gradually as your higher self has a big energy and also a high frequency, so every time you go through an energetic shift and through a heavy emotion you are actually making space in your body to embody your true self. This process will be continuing over the years and it will get easier and you will meet people that are aligned with you and your energy. You did not come here alone to experience this big shift and this change all by yourself. There are many others like you and the more you align with your higher self the more you will attract the same frequency. Right now there are many who are in search for their true self and many do not yet know what they are looking for so spirituality is divided in different people and different energies with different opinions and views. You are on the same path but you are all still searching and in the process of embodying your higher self. Support each other in this search, respect each other and others opinion, do not go into arguments about who is right and who is not. You are all becoming your higher self and this is a beautiful process.
We are all supporting you and we are all bringing you together. The more you allow this to happen the less resistance there will be.. in the end you will all feel the connection between each other. Have patience dear ones and love yourself and others through all your experiences.”
