This morning I woke up with a strong energy pushing into my heart… like something heavy, but also strangely alive.
Turns out — we’re riding the waves of a powerful solar storm. ☄️⚡️
The Sun has been flaring up (quite literally), sending out magical bursts of energy called solar flares and CMEs — charged particles that blast through space and land straight in Earth’s magnetic field.
What happens when that cosmic glitter reaches us?
Our energetic and nervous systems feel it. Big time. Especially if you’re tuned in, sensitive or doing deep inner work.
You might feel: 💗 Pressure or heaviness in your heart
🌊 Emotional waves that come out of nowhere
🌪️ Restless sleep or strange dreams
⚡ Sudden moments of clarity… or confusion
🔮 Heightened intuition, downloads, or just that cosmic buzz
It’s not “just in your head.”
It’s in your field, your cells, your soul.
So if you feel a little “off” — or like your heart is being cracked open from the inside — know that you’re not going crazy.
Breathe. Drink water. Ground yourself. And speak gently to your heart.
It’s just doing its job — making space for more of your essence.
