She carries the wisdom and the light of crystals.

Although we are capable of feeling emotions deeply —

for a long time it felt unsafe to open ourselves and fully allow love to enter.

Certain emotions became crystallized.
They could no longer be felt,
frozen within the body for too long.
This freezing happened as protection,
as a form of self-preservation.
