What may appear as a slow and chaotic process within the collective is, in reality, a deeply stabilizing one. Awareness is growing, and at this time it is being built upon a solid foundation that arises from deep within.
What I have been observing is how people react to information that is being shared with the world — sometimes intentionally, sometimes strategically.
Some people are shocked.
Some feel validated because they already knew something deep inside.
Others feel deeply triggered and respond with anger or fear.
There is no straight line in how information is received and absorbed. We are all different, and each of us processes these changes in our own way.
Let us remain compassionate toward one another.
Let us not project our pain, anger, or unhealed wounds onto others.
We are on the same team.
We are here to help each other understand, grow, and move beyond the illusions and divisions that separate us.
If you feel triggered by what you see happening in the world, give yourself permission to step away. Log off. Take a deep breath. Go for a walk in nature. Listen to the birds, observe the plants, and reconnect with the natural world around you.
This connection is always available and offers the grounding energy we often need in moments of confusion or overwhelm.
We are not meant to respond to everything we see.
Sometimes we are simply here to observe and reflect.
The real transformation always begins within ourselves.
We are being asked to remain steady and calm. And if we feel lost or scattered, we can turn inward — where our deepest and most stable connection already exists.
This is A’mon — the dragon who carries the energy of stability, grounding, and protection during times of transformation.
You can meditate with him and ask for his assistance whenever your energy feels scattered, confused, or unbalanced.
Support is always available from our guides and the dragons who walk beside us.
