Wisdom From The Heart

Paul comes through a door where white light shines through. He sits down on the chair in front of me ready to chat.

Me: Hi there! What do you want to tell the people right now?

Paul smiles: That they already have everything within themselves. They don’t have to look outward for validation or confirmation about what they feel.
A lot of people are awakening. They are receiving messages from the other side, but they are doubting whether it’s real or not.
But the truth is that we are always finding ways to communicate with you. Through songs, through movies, through little signs here and there.
Our goal is to connect with as many people as we can, to show that we are still here. Still very present. Just like you are alive, so am I.
It just takes a little sharpening of your senses to hear us.

Me: And by us, you mean who exactly?

Paul: Everyone who is on the other side.
These are unprecedented times, Dana. Nothing like this has ever been possible before. So everyone is trying to connect with you — with all of you. Everyone wants to help. There are many of us here making sure these connections are happening.

Me: You mean celebrities too?

Paul: Yeah, definitely. If you feel a connection to someone, then you can be sure they will be trying to reach out to you.
Your thoughts direct your energy. (He touches his temples.)
And it connects with the one you are thinking about.
So if you want to, you can connect with anyone you think about. It’s that simple. (Smiles.)

Me: And then what? Any tips on how to trust what they are getting?

Paul: Trust is a big one when it comes to things like that.
Getting out of the mind, slowing down and becoming present. Listening to your senses. Feeling, breathing, focusing. And then being mindful of the signs we are sending.
Because we are able to deliver messages in different ways. You just gotta keep your mind open to it… and practice. Practice it every day.
Your intuition is like a door. You can open it and close it. You just gotta learn how to keep it open. And that takes time and practice.
Don’t give up on yourself, because we sure aren’t. (Smiles.)

Me: That’s beautiful. I think a lot of people could use some encouragement and hope in these times.

Paul: I know. We see you, we hear you and we feel you.
I know how tough life on Earth can be. I’ve been there. (Chuckles.)

But what I didn’t know is that life on the other side doesn’t stop.
We all have everything here that we had on Earth too. Everything is so much clearer here. There are no limitations here.
We can do so much in energy… but so can you.

We all want you to become aware of that.
Your world isn’t limited to what you see. There is a whole world beyond it. And it’s not far. It’s not far at all.

It’s not up there (points to the sky), all the way in heaven.

No. It’s here.
It’s literally here.

We are walking where you are walking. We are standing right next to you.
And I am putting my hand on your shoulder as you are reading this. (Smiles.)
Because that is how easy it is to connect. Really.

Me: Okay… that might creep some people out right there.

Paul laughs: I don’t want to creep anyone out. I just want people to know I’m not gone. Their loved ones are not gone.
We are all right here, moving through life with you.
It’s just that you have to become aware of it.

Me: Awesome. Thank you for sharing this message!

Paul: You’re welcome. I enjoy doing these. Let’s do it again soon.
