I meet this elf, Serayes, in a beautiful garden filled with flowers in every color imaginable. The sun is shining, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the scent of the flowers is incredibly soothing.
He is dressed very elegantly and carries a deeply peaceful presence.
He smiles, reaches out his hand, and invites me to join him for a walk.
“There are some people who are curious about you. What would you like to tell them?”
“Try to notice the beautiful things in life.
It is easy to become distracted by what others are doing, but when you bring your attention back to the things around you that make you happy, life becomes brighter.
You may notice beautiful flowers while you are walking, a ladybug trying to catch your attention, or a bird that seems to want to strike up a conversation with you.
Nature is always reaching out to you. It is always trying to get your attention and gently guide your awareness back to what is already here.
Sometimes you look too hard for the things that aren’t there, or focus too much on what you believe is missing. But there is already so much surrounding you. The smallest things can carry the biggest messages.
But most of all, nature wants to remind you that everything you need is already here. You simply have to notice it.
Did you know that flowers can heal?”
He smiles as he gently touches the petal of a flower.
“It’s simple, really. Everything is energy, and you are here to help one another. A flower can benefit from your energy just as much as you can benefit from its energy. It is a small exchange, an energetic communication through which you can support each other in exactly the way that is needed.
You can even talk to the soil beneath your feet and ask it to help you release the energy that no longer serves you.
All you have to do is ask for help.
This is something you often forget: you can simply ask for what you need. And when you don’t know what you need, allow yourself to receive without needing to know.
Nature is simple. The most beautiful things aren’t complicated at all.
You don’t need your mind to figure everything out. Simply allow yourself to be in a state of wonder and let what you need come to you.”
He smiles again.
“One more thing: try to remain in a state of observation. Look, but don’t immediately react. You will see much more that way than when you are constantly busy asking questions.
Enjoy the beauty around you. It is everywhere.
And remember that you are part of it.”
He has an incredibly peaceful presence — very much a lover, not a fighter.
He has learned how to communicate with his surroundings and is deeply aware of the way energies interact with one another. He is a healer who works closely with nature and seems to understand its subtle language.
He doesn’t argue or engage in conflict to prove his point. He doesn’t need to. He knows how to remain balanced, observe what is happening around him, and allow things to reveal themselves in their own time.
He is very tall and handsome, with a gentle and elegant presence.
There is a quiet wisdom about him — the kind that doesn’t need to speak loudly to be heard.
