Our personal experiences become the guide for how we develop and how we come to see ourselves.
But what if you were never taught how to deal with your emotions, your thoughts, negative experiences, or the projections of others?
Then life can become quite a challenge.
Because our self-image is shaped by our experiences, and when those experiences are painful or negative, the way we see ourselves can change along with them.
And I believe this is where we are as humanity.
We are only now beginning to re-educate ourselves and discover the truth of who we are. Not only on a spiritual level, but on a deeply human one as well.
We are beginning to build a bridge between those two worlds.
We are learning about our inner world, discovering our personal truth, and learning how to continue growing from a place of love.
But what IS love?
Not the concept of love.
Not the theory of love that everyone knows.
What does love actually look like in practice?
Even this feels new to us as human beings. We are learning what it truly means to love ourselves first — because from there, love can naturally flow outward towards others.
So if you’re having a difficult time right now, if you sometimes feel discouraged by life or by the way things are unfolding, be gentle with yourself.
You are still learning.
You are learning what it means to be human while consciously connected to yourself, and how to experience this world through love.
My mission in this life is simple:
To be happy.
Happiness is contagious. It is a way of being, thinking and feeling, and you need surprisingly little for it.
And when it’s real, others can feel it without you ever having to tell them.
What is your mission?
With love,
Dana ❤️
