“Dear ones. You have all been given the gift of perception and observation. When you have troubles seeing the resolution or solution to a situation or a problem you can move out of the emotion and move into the energy of wisdom and be the observer rather than the participant. This is a gift that many of you have but do not fully embrace it while it is something that can be of great benefit to move out of fear and out of pain.
When you see things from another point of view you shift your energy into knowing rather than feeling the emotions you are trying to avoid. Because when you are trying to avoid something you do not want it is that which comes to you first. Next time you feel overwhelmed with an emotion that you feel you have no control over try switching your thoughts and into a positive outlook. Try to balance yourself with a different perspective and broaden your view on what really is going on. Instead of focusing on the problem, unfocus and release yourself from the current emotion you are faced with. Go out for a walk, connect with nature, go for a run, clean your mind from thoughts and breathe out all that you are holding in. Your mind will try to tell you to focus and find a way out but the way to out is to release yourself from your limiting thoughts. Shift your energy into gratefulness and to what you have in this moment. See all the opportunities that you have and you will see how with this perspective you will also find the solution to what you are going through. You are expanding your view and when you do this you will see that there is no need to worry and to stress and that all you need is already there.. All you need to do is to see and feel things differently.

So today, dear ones, focus on what you are happy about and feel this energy so that you can see that in whichever emotion you find yourself in is just a thought that can be changed instantly with your intention. It takes practice and it takes patience but with this you can find great peace and love for every experience that you have.”
