“Dear brethren, your world is in much uneasiness and is restless in this time. We can see how you are struggling to see beyond what the world is showing you right now. You can get caught up in emotions and in opinions and this can keep you in a lower vibration because of the way that you are thinking. This world had a variety of different energies and the density can pull you down where you can’t see the light and the goodness that life has to offer you. Because life can be so good and life can be so beautiful on your planet. We see miracles happen in your world every day! We look at you and we see how you can enjoy such simple miracles and how you can laugh about the most simple things! Do you remember the last time when you laughed so hard that your belly ached and that you had tears in your eyes? Have you seen a YouTube video of others portraying their silliness so that you can laugh? You have so many gifts that you are given by the Creator and one of them is to laugh just because you can and you may! It is not because you feel that the world is in distress that you should dim your light for it. Au contraire: It is an invitation for you to laugh even more! Does Trump disstress you? Does the news make you sad? Turn it off and focus today on what makes you laugh. When you laugh you let go of judgment, you let go of any pretences and you just fully emerge yourself of being in the moment and it is in this moment that you can fully feel your wholeness. Your power lies in you being able to feel ALL emotions and you can choose which one you feel right now! Yes, you have that power, so use this power right now and go out into the world with a big smile on your face. Today is the day that you decide that joy is what you are, today you laugh about the little things and today you see that life itself is a miracle. Go out, have fun, laugh and play, be the joy that you are inside!”

But dear ones, this power is not to be feared anymore. It is to be embraced and to be loved as a part of your wholeness. You can not function fully in your wholeness without this strength. You cannot ground, manifest or feel safe and protected when you do not allow the masculine within yourself to take care of you and love you. The masculine cannot function as a full force of love and protection if it is not accepted by you as a worthy equal partner. The masculine within yourself wants to rise and wants to embrace you with unconditional love and at the same time he wants to open his wings and surround you in them so that you feel safe and protected. He is your loyal partner and he is the one that will hold you up so you can reach for the stars above and the galaxies beyond. “Dear and beloved ones. I am Nostika and I am here for you today to give you insights on what you are currently experiencing in your life. Just like the whole of universe and its planets are going through a shift so is beloved earth, you can call this an upgrade to the next level. We are all connected and because of this many of your brothers and sisters from different planets are helping you to guide you through these changes in a smooth and loving way. We are supporting you in the uplevelling of your energies and we are here to help you to see the light through the times where it seems to be pitchblack.
It is not so, dear ones, earth has never known more light as it does now. Never before has there been so much guidance and clarity in an open and transparent way.
The light of the Christ Conciousness has been shining on earth for the past few days and many of you have been feeling this in your hearts and also physically in your bodies. What you are feeling as aches and as fever is the clearing of the old energies that have been in you and in your families for a very long time. Because your bodies cannot hold this anymore, because of the new incoming energies, it feels like you are ill and like you have a virus in your body. This is just the old, stagnant energy in which you can refer to as a bug in the human system. You are being debugged and many beliefsystems and fears that no longer align with your frequency are being removed. Be gentle on yourself, be loving and kind and rest when you need to. You will see how you will now gain more clarity on what you wish to do in your life and on how you want to experience your life without needing approval from others. Know that the collective energy is being cleared in many ways and many of you are helping this by honoring yourself and by following your inner guidance. All that is required from you in this time is to follow your intuition and to tap into the new frequencies. Use these energies for your benefit and connect with the higher realms for guidance. Communication with the other side will now become more clear for you and your doubt will become a thing of the past. ‘Dearest family members of earth. I am stepping forward to speak to all of those who wish to hear my message. There are many that have forgotten their roots and who stepped into a state of sleep and amnesia. Those souls have chosen not to participate in the grand awakening of earth and its inhabitants. It is not only you, who is reading this, that is evolving into a bigger consciousness, it is also the trees and the animals all around you. They are contributing with their energy and they are shifting into a higher frequency together with earth. This also means that some of your species will not be joining you into 5D as their contract with earth ends. However, they will continue to assist you from beyond the veil, just as many other beings that have lived on earth are still in your service from the other side. All of these energies are available to you as assistance for your continues growth and for the expansion of the soul. We wish for you to be aware of all these energies that are available to you.
