I have felt anger the past few days and judgement towards myself. Heavy emotions that are coming up and I feel pressure inside. I received this message from my higher self when I asked for clarity. At this moment we are going all the way back to Lemuria:

“Because we feel we are not good enough and are not doing well enough , because we want to prove ourselves, because we feel we need to be further than we are right now on our path we are experiencing pressure from within and we suppress our beingness and the qualities that we have. We want to push further and move forward but because we cannot be in the moment and let go we cannot step into our joy and therefore also into abundance. The pressure within to prove ourselves and our worth is too great. We want to show that we are doing the right thing, that we mean well and that we really have good intentions towards others. We no longer look inside but focus on the outside and we judge ourselves on the basis of achieved results and this is where we see failure. We have achieved nothing and we have no evidence of our intentions. This is why we get mad at ourselves and why we feel anger. The intention is there but the outcome has failed, we think.
This is the same thing that happened in Lemuria: the intention was pure but the results failed. There was only chaos and disorder visible through the peaceful and loving actions to the outside. It was not enough to be kind and to be loving. We could no longer remain in our truth and see that the purity of the heart cannot fail. We have lost ourselves in the outer world and have allowed the external chaos to affect our purity. We could not go inside anymore and were forced to see what we had done. We were torn from our truth and we still feel this in our lives right now.

However, the purity of the heart has never disappeared, not even when Lemuria went down. It was time, it was the way it should be. The predictions were there, it was known. The Lemurians knew but could not accept the truth. It is time to face the truth: the purity in the Lemurian heart has never disappeared. Look inside and see your truth. See what you were unable to see then. Go back to your core and see that the truth is greater than the actions from outside. Untouched and unharmed, this is who you are inside.”
